The world-famous BLACK GOSPEL singers of JACKSON SINGERS will
be wowing their large following in Switzerland for the 20th time from
25th November to 22nd December. An unforgettable experience.
For all fans, here’s some good news: this year, the Jackson
Singers are celebrating their 20th anniversary of Black Gospel LIVE appearances
in Switzerland. With their unmistakable sound, sophisticated arrangements
and powerful musical interpretation of their belief, they will be wowing
the young and young-at-heart in a special gospel church routine and spreading
their musical message of belief, love and zest for life.
Music that moves the Masses
It is known as Black Music. It speaks of oppression and liberation, of
bondage and redemption, of happy days and a really good message: GOSPEL
– that is pure Gospel and emotion, music that moves the masses.
Since the foundation from the church choir of Attenberry Chapel at the
beginning of the 1980s by Robert deWitt Jackson, they have brought their
message to countless concerts in renowned concert halls and churches throughout
Europe. In Dresden’s Kreuzkirche, Munich’s Herkulessaal, the
Alte Oper in Frankfurt, Tonhalle St. Gallen, Kongresshaus in Zürich
or the Smetana Hall in Prague, they enchant their enthusiastic public
with their rousing rhythms and rich voices.
Under the leadership of Fitzroy Burroughs, who has been responsible for
the high artistic quality since 1989 as the musical director, arranger
and producer, further performances take place every year throughout Europe.
The Message presented with sophisticated Arrangements
The Jackson Singers understand how to preserve the simple message of the
Gospel and spirituals while still presenting it with sophisticated vocal
arrangements. The mixture of deep emotion and temperament is not only
convincing; it is immediately passed on to the public , creating an atmosphere
seen in church worship in the USA.
The Jackson Singers are now thanking their large Swiss public with their
